Have you considered what working without a contract could mean to your working conditions? OCEA has two months to reach 60% in both units or there is a good chance that both the ESP contract and the Instructional contract could become words of the past. The Instructional contract could be easily saved if only those who never signed up for edues would join again. The time when not paying and receiving the benefits is now over, it is time for every educator to do their part to save our union. If each member would recruit one new member, the goal of 60% would be achieved. OCEA is paying recruiters $25 when named on the application.
