OCEA and the School District of Osceola County (SDOC) agreed upon a critical Memorandum of Understanding regarding the upcoming millage referendum. This agreement guarantees that our hard-working educators and Education Support Professionals (ESPs) will directly benefit if the community votes in favor of the measure.
Under the agreement, once charter schools receive their legally mandated portion and funds are set aside for essential safety and security needs, 80% of the remaining revenue will go directly toward employee supplements. This funding structure ensures that both instructional staff and support staff see a tangible return on their dedication to Osceola County students.
