I am an experienced office manager and administration professional with more than 15 years of experience in optimization, efficiency, and quality of services in various industries from Airlines customer service to loyalty programs and in education. I will serve OCEA by closely following all regulations, with prudency and with business timeliness. I perform effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and high-quality of service delivery. Academically I have a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in international cooperation projects. I now serve as OCEA Associate Staff, and I am very excited to work with you all.
