This year’s SDOC 2024 Flu & COVID Vaccine Campaign has started!

Please check the schedule to see when Prescriptions Unlimited will be coming to your school/location. In order to save time, it is recommended to print out and bring the completed consent form with you on your location’s dedicated date. The consent form is applicable to both the Flu and Shingles vaccines that are administered by Prescriptions Unlimited. As a friendly reminder, NO registration is required and is available to all SDOC Employees and families at NO cost.
