The 2023-2024 bargaining session between OCEA and SDOC begins with three signed tentative agreements at the bargaining table.
OCEA is thrilled to announce that on July 12, 2023, OCEA and SDOC reached a Cost of Living Adjustment agreement for all bargaining unit employees to receive a 5% raise in their minimum base salary!
OCEA is hopeful and optimistic that under the new leadership of Dr. Mark Shanoff, we will receive a good faith counterproposal at our next meeting.
